REPORT OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />IMPOSING LIENS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF <br />FALSE ALARM RESPONSES FEES AND CHARGES <br />List No 2010-005 <br />July 19, 2010 <br />I, Perry Carter, Interim Finance Director for the City of San Leandro, pursuant to Sections 4-6-405 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code, report that the properties listed below are subject to liens for non-payment of Code <br />Enforcement related charges for false alarm responses. Included are persons who have not paid their bills as <br />of July 14, 2010 for false alarm responses billed prior to July 1, 2010.
