IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-092 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATE <br />FOR THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES 2010 ANNUAL CONFERENCE <br />WHEREAS, the League of California Cities ("League") 2010 Annual Conference is <br />scheduled for September 15-17 in San Diego; and <br />WHEREAS, an important part of the Annual Conference is the Annual Business Meeting, <br />scheduled for September 17, in which the League membership considers and takes action on <br />resolutions that establish League policy; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must designate a voting delegate in order to vote at the <br />Annual Business Meeting; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That Councilmember Michael Gregory is hereby designated as the voting delegate. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 19th day of July, 2010, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~~h~~~~ ~~~~.~121~"~-G~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
