Flow-Through Planter Maintenance Plan for <br />2103 E. 14t'' Street, San Leandro, CA <br />July 16, 2008 <br />The property contains ten (10) flow-through planters, located as described below and shown in <br />the attached site plan. <br />• Flow-through planters No. 1 to No. 4 is located at near the sidewalk of Estabrook street <br />and next to the property line N61°57'43"E. <br />• Flow-through planters No. 5 to No. 7 is located at near the sidewalk of E. 14th street and <br />next to the property line N47°16'40"E. <br />• Flow-through planters No. 8 to No. 10 is located at along the private road of the <br />property. <br />I. Routine Maintenance Actives <br />The maintenance objectives include maintaining healthy vegetation at an appropriate size; <br />avoiding clogging; and ensuring the structural integrity of the planter and the proper functioning <br />of inlets, outlets, and the high-flow bypass.
