Flow-Through Planter Maintenance Plan for 2103 E. 14t'' Street, San Leandro, CA July 16, 2008 The property contains ten (10) flow-through planters, located as described below and shown in the attached site plan. • Flow-through planters No. 1 to No. 4 is located at near the sidewalk of Estabrook street and next to the property line N61°57'43"E. • Flow-through planters No. 5 to No. 7 is located at near the sidewalk of E. 14th street and next to the property line N47°16'40"E. • Flow-through planters No. 8 to No. 10 is located at along the private road of the property. I. Routine Maintenance Actives The maintenance objectives include maintaining healthy vegetation at an appropriate size; avoiding clogging; and ensuring the structural integrity of the planter and the proper functioning of inlets, outlets, and the high-flow bypass. Routine maintenance activities, and the frequency at which will be conducted, are shown in Table 1.
