'~W~HII~~~I~'~~Y~IIII , a= NOTICE OF COMPLETION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 3093 of the California Civil Code: That on or about the 8th day of July, 2009, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with RGW CONSTRUCTION, INC., 550 GREENVILLE ROAD, LIVERMORE, CA 94550, PHONE: 925-606-240, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit BAY TRAIL SLOUGH BRIDGE, PROJECT N0.09-144-39-012. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, 560 MISSION STREET, STE 2400, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94105. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the BAY TRAIL SLOUGH BRIDGE, PROJECT NO. 09-144-39-012 project is that of public improvements made to public lands owned in fee by the City of San Leandro APN's 77A-0649-010-00 and 77A-0649-012-00, East Bay Regional Park District APN 79A- 0475-007-18, and the Port of Oakland APN 42-4540-002-01. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 6t'' day of July, 2010. I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. City of San Leandro.
