Resolution Opposing the Governor's Proposed Cuts to Child Care Services in <br /> California (opposes the proposed Early Childhood Education Budget reductions in the <br /> State FY 2010 -11 budget revisions). <br /> Councilmember Stephens commented that this is a worthy item; however, he is <br /> concerned that the City would be telling the State where it should not make cuts, but not <br /> where it should make budget cuts. <br /> Councilmember Prola commented that, while symbolic, this action is imponant.
