• • <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 23 (2863) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY <br /> EASEMENTS AND PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR TRACT 7092; MEDALLION, PHASE 2, <br /> ADJACENT TO 14363 CI- IAPMAN ROAD AND 701 FREMONT AVENUE; <br /> DEVELOPER: RYLAND HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, INC. <br /> FINDING <br /> Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract <br /> 7092, Medallion, Phase 2, attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", and incorporated herein by reference, the <br /> City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for <br /> its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> Recitals <br /> There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7092, <br /> Medallion, Phase 2, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California ". <br /> The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7092, Medallion, <br /> Phase 2, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said <br /> Final Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; <br /> and that the Subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter I of the San Leandro <br /> Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> NOW. THEREFORE. the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Tract 7092 on behalf of the City. <br /> B. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 7092 on behalf of the City. <br />
