• • IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 23 (2863) RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AND PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR TRACT 7092; MEDALLION, PHASE 2, ADJACENT TO 14363 CI- IAPMAN ROAD AND 701 FREMONT AVENUE; DEVELOPER: RYLAND HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, INC. FINDING Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7092, Medallion, Phase 2, attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. Recitals There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7092, Medallion, Phase 2, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California ". The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7092, Medallion, Phase 2, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Final Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; and that the Subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter I of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. NOW. THEREFORE. the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Tract 7092 on behalf of the City. B. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 7092 on behalf of the City.
