It was considered by the Board of Zoning Adjustments
on December 7, 1995, and approved unanimously.
Steve Emslie, Planning Manager, presented the staff report. He
described the project, including the location of the units in a "U"
shape to take advantage of the bay views. He said maximum occupancy
would occur during the week, whereas other Marina area uses peak during
the weekend, so there would be some sharing of parking. He said the
project meets several planning objectives.
