CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered <br /> for approval by the City Council with one single action. The City Council <br /> may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. <br /> Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. <br /> The Consent Calendar was approved as follows: <br /> M /S /C Loeffler and Polvorosa. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> A. Resolution No. 96 -186, Resolution Amending the San Leandro <br /> Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 1, Conflict of Interest Code <br /> (amends the City's Conflict of Interest Code to update and modify the <br /> Disclosure Categories and the List of Designated Positions to reflect <br /> staffing changes in various departments). Resolution No. 96 -37, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br /> Authorizing the Executive Director to Negotiate and Execute a Second <br /> Amendment to the Exclusive Right to Negotiate Between the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of San Leandro and Creekside Center Associates for <br /> the Disposition and Development of the Agency -Owned Property at 960 San <br /> Leandro Boulevard (the Former Corporation Yard Site) (allows for a six - <br /> month extension of Exclusive Right to Negotiate in order to obtain <br /> community and Council input regarding the proposed project and <br /> negotiation of the Disposition and Development Agreement). <br /> 6. NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. <br /> City Attorney Steve Meyers stated the Closed Session had not been <br /> completed; therefore, there was no report. The Council will reconvene <br /> in Closed Session after the Regular Meeting. <br /> 7. OPEN FORUM <br /> Open Forum is limited to 3 minutes maximum per speaker, 15 minutes total. <br /> 1. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, commented on redevelopment and bond <br /> financing for the retrofit project. <br />
