IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001- 01 (1413/1197) <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WEED ABATEMENT PROVISIONS OF <br /> TITLE III, CHAPTER 2 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1. All references to the Public Works Director" in Chapter 2 of Title III of the San Leandro <br /> Municipal Code shall be changed to refer instead to "the Police Chief or his or her designee." <br /> Section 2.
