IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001- 04 (1035/1076/2439) <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE III, CHAPTER 3 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro desires to update Title 111, Chapter 3 relating to the <br /> Uniform Fire Code to bring the provisions of the ordinance consistent with the City's re- <br /> organization of Municipal Code provisions regarding environmental management. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Section 3 -3 -300 is hereby amended to change the words "Fire Chief and his or <br /> her designee" to "City Manager and his or her designee." <br /> Section 2: Section 3 -3 -405 is hereby deleted. <br /> Section 3: Section 3 -3 -410 is hereby deleted. <br /> Section 4: Section 3-3-415 is hereby deleted. <br /> Section 5: Section 3 -3 -265 is hereby deleted. <br /> Section 6: Section 3 -3 -270 is hereby deleted. <br /> Section 7: Section -3 -3 -275 is hereby deleted. <br /> Section 8: Section 3 -3 -280 is hereby deleted. <br /> Section 9: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title <br /> thereof shall be published once prior to adoption. <br />
