IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ORDINANCE NO. 01 - 010 (1099/1009/1024) AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP (PLN2000- 00040, 41, 42, and 43) Approximately 8.78 acre area at the North End of Preda Street; Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75- 131 -1 -3, 2 -4, 2 -10, and 75- 141 -1 -1 Recitals The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as • follows: Section 1: That property described as approximately 8.78 acre area at the north end of Preda Street; Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75- 131 -1 -3, 2-4. 2 -10, and 75- 141 -1 -1 is hereby reclassified from the IL Industrial District to RS(PD) Residential Single - Family Planned Development Overlay District. Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on Sheet A 1 and A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 27, 2001. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall ._ be published once prior to adoption.
