Effective Date. <br /> This extension of' the interim urgency ordinance shall take effect immediately as an <br /> urgency measure for the immediate preservation of public health, safety, and welfare. This <br /> Ordinance shall be of no further force and effect after December 31, 2001. <br /> Section 5.
