IN THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCENO. 2001 -016 (1168/1413/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING TITLE VI, CHAPTER 6 OF THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE AND REENACTING <br /> TITLE VI, CHAPTER 6 RELATING TO THE PERMITTING OF TAXICAB <br /> BUSINESSES, THE PERMITTING OF TAXICAB DRIVERS, AND THE <br /> OPERATION OF TAXICABS IN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. That Title VI. Chapter 6 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, entitled <br /> "Taxis ", is hereby repealed and reenacted, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> SECTION 2.
