<br /> The following uses are permitted in areas designated "retail sales and office facilities"
<br /> a) Retail sales of primarily new merchandise including, but not limited to, sale of confections, No Change
<br /> bakery goods, food, drugs, flowers, gifts, books, furniture, office supplies, hardware,
<br /> clothes, shoes, cameras, appliances, radios, television, jewelry, painting, liquor, paint;
