IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 01- 025 (1022/1413) <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 -1 OF THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO OVERNIGHT <br /> PARKING OF CERTAIN NON - MOTORIZED VEHICLES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ORDAINS AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Subsection 6- 1- 430(c) of Article 4, Chapter 6 of Title 6 of the San <br /> Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection <br /> 6- 1- 430(c)(2), which shall read as follows: <br /> (2) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section, a Fifth -wheel <br /> travel trailer as defined in section 324 of the California Vehicle Code, a travel <br /> coach has defined in section 635 of the California Vehicle Code, or any other <br /> trailer or vehicle designed for recreational purposes to carry persons or property <br /> on its own structure and so constructed as to be drawn by a motor vehicle, may <br /> be granted an exemption by the City Manager to park overnight under the same <br /> terms and conditions applicable to motor vehicles as set forth in paragraph (a)(3), <br /> above. <br /> SECTION 2.
