^.. <br /> rl <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001- 026 (1315/1485) <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION <br /> OF COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1. Council Members shall receive a salary in the amount of One <br /> Thousand Fifty Dollars ($1,050) a month. <br /> Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 97 -021 shall remain in <br /> full force and effect until the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance are operative. <br /> Upon such date or in such event, the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 97 -021 <br /> are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 3. The provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance shall not be operative <br /> until January 1, 2003. <br /> Section 4. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33114.5, each member <br /> of the Board of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro shall receive <br /> compensation of Thirty Dollars ($30) per meeting of the Redevelopment Agency <br /> attended by that member; however, in no event shall any member receive <br /> compensation for attending more than four meetings per month. <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption, and the <br /> title thereof shall be published once prior to adoption. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffler on this 5th day of <br /> November , 2001, and passed to print by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant,' Loeffler, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br /> Noes: Council Member Santos ( 1 ) <br />
