reasonable supply of the Uniform Building Code shall be available <br /> in the office of the San Leandro City Clerk for public purchase. <br /> Section 7 -5 -105: DELETIONS: ENFORCEMENT - ABATEMENT PROCEDURES. <br /> Sections 104.2.2, 104.2.3 and Table 1 -A of the Building Code are <br /> hereby deleted. Enforcement and abatement procedures set forth <br /> in Articles 11, 12 and 13 of this Chapter shall be applicable. <br /> Section 7 -5 -110: BOARD OF APPEALS. Section 105.1 — 105.2 of <br /> said Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (a) In order to hear and decide appeals of orders, <br /> decisions or determinations made by the Building <br /> Official relative to the application and interpretation . <br /> of the San Leandro Municipal Code, including all <br /> Construction Codes adopted by reference and the <br /> Dangerous Building Code, there shall be and hereby is <br /> created a Board of Appeals, consisting of five (5) <br /> members to be appointed by the Mayor, four ('4) of whom <br /> shall be registered civil engineers, all who are <br /> qualified by experience and training to pass upon <br /> matters pertaining to building construction, <br /> engineering, or fire inspection. In addition thereto, <br /> the Building Official shall be an ex officio member, <br /> shall act as Secretary to the Board, and shall have a <br /> voice but no vote. The members appointed by the Mayor <br /> shall hold office at the Mayor's pleasure. The Board <br /> shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations for <br /> conducting its hearings and shall render all of its <br /> decisions and findings in writing. The decision of the <br /> Board shall be final and conclusive on matters relating <br /> to the suitability of alternative materials and types <br /> of construction. Upon receipt of the Board's written <br /> decision, the Building Official shall proceed in <br /> accordance therewith. <br /> (b) The Board of Appeals shall have no authority relative <br /> to interpretation of the administrative provisions of, <br /> nor shall the Board be empowered to waive requirements <br /> of, the San Leandro Municipal Code including all <br /> construction codes adopted by reference and the <br /> Dangerous Building Code. <br /> Section 7 -5 -115: FEES.
