• <br /> reasonable supply of copies of the Uniform Housing Code shall be <br /> available in the office of the San Leandro City Clerk for public <br /> purchase. <br /> Section 7 -5 -305: ENFORCEMENT AND ABATEMENT. Enforcement and <br /> abatement procedures as set forth in Articles 11, 12 and 13 of <br /> this Chapter shall be applicable. <br /> Section 7 -5 -310: DELETIONS. Chapters 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 <br /> and 16 of said Code are hereby deleted. Subsections 201.1, <br /> 201.2, Sections 202 and 204 of said Code are hereby deleted. <br /> Section 7 -5 -315: BOARD OF APPEALS. Section 203.1 of said Code <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> The Board of Appeals created under Section 7 -5 -110 of the <br /> San Leandro Municipal Code shall hear and decide appeals of <br /> orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building <br /> Official relative to the application and interpretation of <br /> this Code. The Board shall function as described in said <br /> Section of the San Leandro Municipal Code. <br /> Section 7 -5 -320: FEES. Section 302 of said Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 302. Whenever a building permit is required by <br /> Section 301 of this Code, the appropriate fees shall be paid <br /> to the Building Official in accordance with, and in the <br /> amount set forth in, the applicable fee schedule resolution <br /> adopted by the City Council. <br /> Section 7 -5 -325: SUBSTANDARD BUILDING; CONDITIONS. Any <br /> building or portion thereof including any dwelling unit, guest <br /> room or suite of rooms or the premises on which the same is <br /> located, in which there exists any of the following listed <br /> conditions to an extent that endangers the life, limb, health, <br /> property, safety, or welfare of the public or the occupants <br /> thereof shall deemed and hereby is declared to be a substandard <br /> building: <br /> (a) Inadequate sanitation shall include, but not be limited <br /> to, the following: <br /> (1) Lack of, or improper water closet, lavatory, or <br /> bathtub or shower in a dwelling unit. <br /> (2) Lack of, or improper water closets, lavatories, <br /> and bathtubs or showers per number of guests in a <br /> hotel. <br /> (3) Lack of, or improper kitchen sink. <br /> 2 <br />
