A <br /> reasonable supply of copies of the Uniform Mechanical Code shall <br /> be available in the office of the San Leandro City Clerk for <br /> public purchase. <br /> Section 7 -5 -405: DELETIONS: ENFORCEMENT ABATEMENT PROCEDURES. <br /> Section 108, subsections 108.2, 108.3, 108.4, 110.1 and Table 1 -A <br /> are hereby deleted. Enforcement and abatement procedures set <br /> forth in Articles 11, 12, and 13 of this Chapter shall apply to <br /> this Article. <br /> Section 7 -5 -410: BOARD OF APPEALS. The Board of Appeals <br /> created under Section 7 -5 -110 of the San Leandro Municipal Code <br /> shall hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or <br /> determinations made by the Building Official relative to the <br /> application and interpretation of this Code. The Board shall <br /> function as described in said Section of the San Leandro <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> • <br /> Section 7 -5 -415: FEES. Section 115 of said Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> (a) General. Fees shall be assessed in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this section and at the rate shown in the <br /> applicable fee schedule resolution adopted by the City <br /> Council. <br /> (b) Permit Fees. The fee for each permit shall be as set <br /> forth in this section. <br /> (c) Plan Review Fees. When a plan or other data are <br /> required to be submitted by subsection 113.2, a plan <br /> review fee shall be paid at the time plans and <br /> specifications are submitted for review. Said plan <br /> review fees for mechanical work shall be equal to <br /> eighty (80) percent of the total permit fee as set <br /> forth in the fee schedule. <br /> (d) Incomplete or changed plans. When plans are incomplete <br /> or changed so as to require additional plan review, an <br /> additional plan review fee shall be charged at the rate <br /> shown in the fee schedule. <br /> (e), Expiration of Plan Review. Applications for which no <br /> permit is issued within 180 days following the date of <br /> application shall expire by limitation, and plans and <br /> other data submitted for review may thereafter be <br /> returned to the applicant or destroyed by the Building <br /> Official.
