At the time <br /> the notice and order is served, the Building Official shall cause <br /> to be filed with the Office of the County Recorder a "certificate <br /> of substandard structure ", setting forth the determination of the <br /> Building Official and the requirements imposed by the notice and <br /> order. <br /> Section 7 -5 -835: RECORDATION.OF RESCISSION OF NOTICE AND ORDER. <br /> If after issuance and service of the notice and order, a building <br /> is determined, either by the Building Official or the Board of <br /> Appeals, to not be subject to the requirements of this Article, <br /> the Building Official shall file with the Office of the County <br /> Recorder a certificate rescinding the notice and order and <br /> finding the building not be subject to the requirements of this <br /> Article. <br /> Section 7 -5 -840: OBTAINING OF BUILDING OR DEMOLITION PERMIT; • <br /> COMMENCEMENT OF WORK; COMPLETION OF WORK. <br /> (a) Within one (1) year from the date plans for the <br /> proposed structural alterations of the building or <br /> plans for the demolition of the building are approved <br /> by the Building Official, the record owner shall obtain <br /> the necessary building or demolition permit. Notice of <br /> the plan approval shall be given in the manner set <br /> forth in Section 7 -5 -825. <br /> (b) Within two (2) years from the date the permit is <br /> issued, the record owner shall commence the work <br /> authorized by the permit. <br /> (c) Within three (3) years from the date the required work <br /> is commenced, the record owner shall complete the work. <br /> Section 7 -5 -845: FAILURE TO COMPLY; VACATION; DEMOLITION. <br /> Should the record owner fail to comply with the orders described <br /> in Sections 7 -5 -820 and 7 -5 -840 or with any other orders issued <br /> by the Building Official pursuant to this Article, the Building <br /> official shall order the entire building vacated until the order <br /> has been complied with. If the building is not vacated within <br /> ninety (90) days after the date of the order, the building may be <br /> deemed a public nuisance and the Building Official may order the <br /> demolition of the building in accordance with Article 11 of this <br /> Chapter 5. <br /> Section 7 -5 -850: ORDERS; SERVICE; RECORDATION; APPEAL; <br /> ENFORCEMENT. <br /> 5 <br />
