City shall offer support to the development concept. <br /> 4. Notices. Any notices required hereunder may be given by personal delivery or <br /> telecopier transmission. Effective Date. This Agreement will become effective on October 18, 1999. <br /> 6. Integrated Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement, whether written <br /> or oral. <br /> 7. 1- leirs, Successors, and Assigns. The terms, provisions, and conditions contained in this <br /> Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and each of them and <br /> their heirs, successors, and assigns. • <br /> 8. No Admissions Made. This is an Agreement of compromise. Accordingly, the Parties <br /> agree that none of its provisions constitute, or shall be construed as, an admission or as evidence <br /> concerning the validity of the approval of the Redevelopment Plan by the City or concerning the <br /> validity of any claim or allegation <br /> by the County. The Parties also agree that nothing contained in this Agreement shall be <br /> admissible in any litigation other than litigation to enforce its provisions. <br /> 9. Counterpart Originals. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, <br /> and each of these executed counterparts shall have the same force and effect as an original <br /> instrument and as if all of the Parties to the aggregate counterparts had signed the same <br /> instrument. <br /> 2 <br />
