Avenue, MacArthur Boulevard between Dutton Avenue and Estudillo Avenue, <br /> Springlake Drive between Washington Avenue and Hesperian Boulevard should be <br /> thirty -five (35) miles per hour. <br /> Fairway Drive between Menlo Street and Aladdin Avenue, Hesperian Boulevard <br /> between East 14 Street and 1 -238, Lake Chabot Road between Estudillo Avenue and <br /> County line, Marina Boulevard between Menlo Street and Alvarado Street, San Leandro <br /> Boulevard between Williams Street and Washington Avenue, San Leandro Boulevard <br /> between Washington Avenue and East 14 Street, Wicks Boulevard between Farallon <br /> Drive and Merced Street, Wicks Boulevard between Lewelling Boulevard and Farallon <br /> Drive should be forty (40) miles per hour. <br /> Section 2. This determination is based on the engineering and traffic survey, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Council hereby finds that the above - <br /> said speed limit would facilitate the orderly movement of vehicular traffic and would be <br /> reasonable and safe. The speed limits shall be effective when appropriate signs giving <br /> notice thereof are erected upon the street. <br /> Section 3. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 13, § 1300 of <br /> the San Leandro Traffic Code. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the <br /> title thereof shall be published once prior to adoption. <br />
