IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99 - 032 (1099/1024/2875) <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br /> AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A -99 -3) 1355 and 1359 Santa Rosa Street; 391and 393 Estudillo Avenue and 380, 384 and <br /> 390 Joaquin Avenue; Assessor Parcel Numbers 77- 551 -17 -1 <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held <br /> in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br /> necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br /> below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> Section I: That properties described within the Peralta Avenue Area, west of San Leandro <br /> Boulevard, is hereby reclassified from the P Professional District to RM -2500 Multi- Residential <br /> Planned Development Overlay District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br /> Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on , November 8, 1999. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br /> be published once prior to adoption. <br />
