IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 98- 02 (1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br /> AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A- 97 -11) 2180 Merced Street (Northeast Corner of Merced Street and Marina Boulevard) <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held <br /> in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br /> necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br /> below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1: That property described as 2180 Merced Street is hereby reclassified from the IG <br /> Industrial General District to 1G(PD) Industrial General, Planned Development Overlay District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br /> Sheet 131 and B2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on February 10, 1998. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br /> be published once prior to adoption. <br />
