(e) Roof - mounted antennas and associated equipment shall be <br /> located as far back from the edge of the roof as is <br /> technically feasible in order to minimize visibility from <br /> street locations. Where appropriate, construction of a <br /> rooftop parapet or wall to hide the antenna may be <br /> required. <br /> 5. Federal and State Requirements. All towers must meet or exceed <br /> cut standards and regulations of the FAA, the FCC, the <br /> California Public Utilities Commission and any other agency of <br /> the federal or state government with the authority to regulate <br /> towers and antennas. If such standards and regulations are <br /> changed, then the owners of the towers and antennas governed by <br /> this Section shall bring such towers and antennas into compliance <br /> with such revised standards and regulations within six (6) months <br /> of the effective date of such standards and regulations, unless a <br /> more stringent compliance schedule is mandated by the <br /> controlling federal or state agency. Failure to bring towers and <br /> antennas into compliance with such revised standards and <br /> regulations shall constitute grounds for the removal of the tower <br /> or antenna at the owner's expense. <br /> D. Permitted Uses. <br /> 1. Orarernl. The uses listed in this Subsection D are deemed to be <br /> permitted uses in industrial and commercial zoning districts and <br /> shall not require Board of Zoning Adjustments review unless the <br /> applicant seeks a modification of the guidelines set forth in <br /> Subsection C.4. Nevertheless, all such uses shall comply with <br /> Subsection C.4., unless a modification is granted, and Subsection <br /> CA. of this Section and all other applicable legal provisions. <br /> 2. Specific Permitter) Uses. The following uses are specifically <br /> permitted: <br /> (a) Locating a tower or antenna, including the placement of <br /> additional buildings or other supporting equipment used in <br /> connection with said tower or antenna, in any industrial or <br /> commercial zoning district; provided, however, that such <br /> tower shall be set back from all existing off -site residences a <br /> I <br />
