NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 8: Section 12 of the Plaza 1 Redevelopment Plan is hereby amended <br /> to provide that "Any eminent domain proceedings to acquire property within the <br /> Project Area shall be commenced not later than January 1, 2009." <br /> Section 9: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption <br /> and the title thereof shall be published once prior to adoption. <br /> 2 <br />
