The City Council shall review the <br /> findings in Section 2 of this Ordinance every three years and shall by resolution <br /> adopt updated cost findings if necessary. <br /> 3- 16 -220 Transmittal of data to County Probation Officer. The <br /> City shall transmit to the County Probation Officer sufficient data to enable the <br /> Probation Officer and the Juvenile Court to calculate the costs associated with <br /> identifying and apprehending the minor and the costs associated with cleaning, <br /> repairing, or replacing the property defaced by the minor." <br /> SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this <br /> ordinance to be sent to the Alameda County Probation Officer and the Clerk of the <br /> Juvenile Court for the County of Alameda. <br /> • <br />
