1_ <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1: Section 4, the Land Utilization Section, of the Redevelopment <br /> Plan for the Plaza 2 Redevelopment Project, adopted by the City Council on <br /> December 26, 1967, and subsequently amended, shall be amended to change the <br /> land use designation in the Land Utilization Plan in Exhibit C from "Residential or <br /> Office" to "Retail Sales, Office Facilities or Residential" for the property located at the <br /> northeast corner of Davis Street and San Leandro Boulevard. <br /> • <br /> Section 8.
