IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97 -030 (1099/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN <br /> DESCRIBED AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A -97 -9) 532 - 536 CALLAN AVENUE <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and <br /> property held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has <br /> determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the <br /> reclassification of the property described below to the district and classification <br /> hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1: That property described as 532 - 536 Callan Avenue is hereby <br /> reclassified from RM -1300 Residential Multi - Family District to P Professional Office <br /> District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as <br /> shown on Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on October 14, 1997. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the <br /> title shall be published once prior to adoption. <br />
