Section 2. The definition of Residuals Repositories for Hazardous Waste, in Section <br /> 1 -304 of the San Leandro Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Residuals Repositories for Hazardous Waste: A hazardous waste disposal facility for collection <br /> of residual wastes, defined as the residues from hazardous waste treatment facilities after <br /> treatment, and other irreducible stabilized or detoxified hazardous wastes. <br /> Section 3. The definition of Small -Scale Transfer and Storage Facilities for Hazardous <br /> Waste. in Section 1 -304 of the San Leandro Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> Small -Scale Transfer and Storage Facilities for Hazardous Waste: Facilities with wastestreams <br /> small enough to be exempt from manifest requirements as described in California Health and <br /> Safety Code, Division 20, Chapter 6.5, Article 6. Wastes from any given generator must not <br /> exceed a total volume of five gallons or a total weight of 50 pounds. This definition includes <br /> household hazardous waste collection facilities. <br /> Section 4. Section 2 -712 of the San Leandro Zoning Code is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> 2 -712 Uses Conditionally Permitted in IL District <br /> A. Accessory uses when in conjunction with a conditional use. <br /> B. Automobile Parts Sales. <br /> C. Banks, Savings and Loans, Credit Unions. <br /> D. Business Services. <br /> E. Commercial Recreation. <br /> F. Day Care, General. <br /> G. Drive -up Facilities. <br /> H. Eating and/or Drinking Establishments <br /> I. Eating and/or Drinking Establishments with Entertainment. <br /> J. Eating and/or Drinking Establishments with Fast Food Take -out Service. <br /> K. Emergency Health Care. <br /> L. Farmer's Market. <br /> M. Food Processing, General. <br /> N. Industry, Hazardous Materials or Hazardous Waste provided that the use <br /> is consistent with the Alameda County Hazardous Waste Management Plan and <br /> the San Leandro General Plan. <br /> 0.
