Ms. Perini gave a short PowerPoint presentation, describing <br /> <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2010-090 <br />, Resolution Overruling Protests (2010 Business License <br />Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repairs, Community Compliance <br />Code Enforcement Violation Penalties and/or Weed Abatement Charges, False <br />Alarm Responses, and Driveway Repairs) (overrules protests or objections made <br />by owners or persons in possession of certain properties). <br /> <br />M/S/C Prola and Souza.
