IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 31 (2323) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> WITH TAYLOR ENGINEERING, LLC FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING HEATING, <br /> VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM REHABILITATION, <br /> PROJECT NO. 00- 210 -18 -107 <br /> Recitals <br /> An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Taylor Engineering, LLC a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br /> hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br /> 6th day of March 2000. by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young (_ 6 ) <br /> NOES: None (o ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Lothrop ( 1 ) <br /> Attest: 1 <br /> Gavle Petej.en, City Clerk <br />
