IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 32 (2825) <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR <br /> ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIRS, FISCAL YEAR 1997 -98 <br /> PROJECT NO. 97 -31 -006 <br /> Recitals <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City of San Leandro and Ralph Q. & Son Concrete, <br /> dated August 4, 1997, Annual Sidewalk Repairs, Fiscal Year 1997 -98, Project No. 97 -31 -006, <br /> has been completed. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> I . That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> project. <br /> 3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffl er and passed and adopted this <br /> 6 day of March 2000, by the following called vote: <br />
