• . <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 37 ( 2096 ) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999 -2000 BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br /> ALLIED HOUSING.
