IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 39 (2824) <br /> RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK <br /> (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS) FOR <br /> TRACT 6532. MARINA VISTA, PHASE 4 <br /> Recitals <br /> Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) between the <br /> City of San Leandro and H.F. Properties. Ltd, a California Corporation, (Subdivider), dated April <br /> 21, 1997, and associated plans identified as Tract 6532, Marina Vista, Phase 4 Improvement <br /> Plan. certain subdivision improvement work has been completed. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> I . That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> 3. That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> Director of the one -year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract. <br /> the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br /> maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gaivan and passed and adopted this <br /> 20` day of March 2000, by the following called vote: <br />
