IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 43 (2678/2793) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> AN EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING FIRE PROTECTION AND <br /> EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br /> . ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT <br /> An extension of the contract between the City of San Leandro and Alameda County Fire <br /> District for Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services originally made on July 1, 1995 <br /> along with certain contract language amendments, copies of which are attached, have been <br /> presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said contract extension and certain <br /> contract language amendments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said contract extension and contract language amendments are hereby approved and <br /> execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Lothrop and passed and adopted this <br /> 3rd day of April, 2000, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Gal van, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop; <br /> Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br /> Noes: None ( 0 ) <br /> Absent: Council Member Nardine ( 1 ) <br /> n <br /> Attest: f /.. . <br /> Gayle Peter$en, City Clerk <br />
