3. Provide civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, & electrical schematic system overlays. 4. Provide elevation style studies & material /color studies for chosen style for both a single company station located on Catalina St. and a double company station located near the corner of Williams St and Doolittle Drive. Architect will attend meeting with Facilities Committee to receive input on elevation styles. Architect will attend follow -up meeting to receive input and selection from three (3) elevations to be provided for each Station. 5. Deliverable documents, will include: • Architectural site plan • Site plan with preliminary civil engineering • Landscape plan • Finalized floor plan • Elevations • Site overlays for mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, landscape, and electrical • Plan overlays for structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, landscape, and electrical • Exterior colors and materials (board) • Building sketches • Schematic construction cost estimate • City Council presentation documents • Planning Commission presentation documents • Planning Department submittal • Revised documents addressing comments • One set of reproducible vellums • One set of full size prints and one set of reduced prints 6. Preliminary selection of major building systems and construction materials 7. Meetings will include: • Project Kick -off Meeting (1) • Elevation Style Study w/ Facilities Committee (1) • Elevation Selection Study w/ Facilities Committee (1) • SD Progress Meeting at Architects office (1) • SD Review Meeting (1) B. Design Development 1. Design development will be based on the approved schematic design package and budget. Documents will fix and describe the size and character of the project as to architectural. furniture, finishes, colors. stntctural. mechanical, plumbing, landscape. and electrical system.
