Bidding Phase • Participation in a pre -bid conference for prospective bidders (1) • Preparation of responses to questions from prospective bidders and clarification and interpretations of the bidding documents to all prospective bidders in the form of written addenda • Review of major substitution request prior to bid opening • Preparation of utility connection applications IV. Schedule Duration Schematic design phase: 7 weeks (after Notice to Proceed) Design development phase: 6 weeks Construction document phase: 13 weeks V. Budget Attachment A -I summarizes the fees for the project. VI. Exclusions 1. Coordinating and securing utility services and connections 2. Preparing estimates or documents for fast track and/or alternates 3.
