IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 48 (1219/1250) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 43 <br /> TO THE MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS- AGREEMENT <br /> PROVIDING LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS, FOR THE <br /> EAST 14 STREET CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) CAMERA PROJECT, <br /> PROJECT NO. 99- 150 -42 -012, FEDERAL -AID PROJECT NO. STPL - 5041(014). <br /> Program Supplement No. 43 to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for Federal - <br /> Aid Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 43. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said Program Supplement No. 43 is hereby approved and the City Manager or his <br /> authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Galvan and passed and adopted this <br /> 17 day of April 2000, by the following called vote <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop; <br /> Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Nardine ( 1 <br /> Attest: &t U, Pi /7) (4j <br /> Gayle Pet&sen, City.Clerk <br />
