IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 52 (2875) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, <br /> SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), AND <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AND <br /> PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR TRACT 7133; VACANT PARCEL LOCATED AT <br /> SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SANTA ROSA STREET AND ESTUDILLO AVENUE; <br /> DEVELOPER: WESTCO COMMUNITY BUILDERS, INC. <br /> FINDING <br /> Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br /> Tract 7133, attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", and incorporated herein by reference, the City <br /> Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for <br /> its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> Recitals <br /> There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitle "Tract 7133, <br /> City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br /> The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7133, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Final <br /> Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved, that it is technically correct, <br /> and that the Subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San <br /> Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute <br /> a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Tract 7133 on behalf of the <br /> City. <br />
