IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI -IE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -55 (2134/1177) <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 2 OF THE PAY PLAN <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That the current City of San Leandro Pay Plan is hereby amended to reflect the terms and <br /> conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the San Leandro <br /> Management Organization for the period January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2001, all of which <br /> are as set forth in those pages of the Pay Plan which are attached hereto and made a part thereof by <br /> this reference.
