' . 1 <br /> That $57,413 of DFSI funds be appropriated for installation of bicycle lanes on <br /> 13roadmoor Boulevard between East 14 Street and Bancroft Avenue and on Teagarden Street <br /> between Aladdin Avenue and Alvarado Street and handicap pedestrian ramps at various sites <br /> throughout the City. <br /> That said City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager or his designee to execute and <br /> file a TDA grant application, and appropriate $57,413 in DFSI funds for bicycle lanes and <br /> pedestrian improvements.
