Ms. Perini gave a short PowerPoint presentation, describing <br /> the City's lien process. <br /> The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing <br /> was closed. <br /> • Resolution No. 2010 -090, Resolution Overruling Protests (2010 Business License <br /> Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repairs, Community Compliance <br /> Code Enforcement Violation Penalties and/or Weed Abatement Charges, False <br /> Alarm Responses, and Driveway Repairs) (overrules protests or objections made <br /> by owners or persons in possession of certain properties). <br /> M /S /C Prola and Souza. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> • Resolution No. 2010 -091, Resolution imposing Liens for Non - Payment of <br /> Delinquent 2010 Business License Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk <br /> Repairs, Community Compliance Code Enforcement Violation Penalties and/or <br /> Weed Abatement Charges, False Alarm Responses, and Driveway Repairs <br /> (permits the City to place delinquent charges on the applicable fiscal year 2010- <br /> 11 Alameda County secured property tax roll). <br /> M /S /C Prola and Souza.
