Resolution No. 2010 -093, Resolution Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Federal Surface Transportation Program [STP] and/or Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement [CMAQ] Funding and Committing the Necessary Non- Federal Match and Stating the Assurance to Complete the Project (authorizes application for a Transportation for Livable Communities [TLC] grant of $4,610,000 with a City match of $1,604,470).
