IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 80 (1051/2318) <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES <br /> FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS <br /> AND INCREASING THE AMOUNTS OF CERTAIN SAID FEES <br /> FINDINGS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro commissioned a study to <br /> determine the cost of providing services of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of the City Council has reviewed this study and the <br /> existing and proposed fees for service in the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 15, 2000, the City Council held a public hearing on proposed <br /> increases in the amounts of certain fees and charges for services provided by City departments, <br /> including Development Services, including Building Regulations and Environmental Services, <br /> Engineering and Transportation, Finance Department, Fire Department, Library Police <br /> Department, Public Works Services, and Recreation and Human Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, based on the administrative record available in the City of San Leandro and <br /> testimony provided at the public hearing, the City Council finds that the amount of the fees <br /> proposed does not exceed the reasonable cost of providing the service of facility for which the fee is <br /> charged. <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does resolve as follows: <br /> 1. That fees and charges for services provided by City departments are hereby adjusted <br /> pursuant to the attached schedule of fees. <br />
