The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative <br /> Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of Califomia. <br /> 1 Description 1 Current Fee 1 Reference <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT - Building Regulations Division <br /> 7. Excavation and Grading <br /> Minimum Fee $53.00 PLUS the fees shown in Chapter 70 of the Uniform <br /> Building Code (the edition most recently adopted by the City <br /> Council) except that wherever an hourly rate is shown, the <br /> rate shall be equal to the direct cost (1). <br /> Plan Checking $53.00 PLUS the fees shown in Chapter 70 of the Uniform <br /> all Ming Code or the direct cost (1), whichever is greater. <br /> 1 <br /> 8. Miscellaneous <br /> a. Inspection Fees <br /> Fees for inspection not otherwise set forth herein Direct Cost (1) <br /> Fees for inspection conducted outside of normal Rate equal to 1.5 times the Direct Cost (1) with a minimum <br /> business hours fee of two (2) hours <br /> 1 <br /> b.
