• EXHIBIT A City of San Leandro Community Facilities District No. 1 (Cherrywood) DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES TO BE FINANCED BY THE CFD The Facilities and Services shown below are proposed to be financed by Community Facilities District No. I (Cherrywood) (the "CFD ") of the City of San Leandro ( "the City "). FACILITIES The following Facilities shall include the attributable costs of engineering, design, planning, and coordination, together with the expenses related to the issuance and sale of any special tax bonds, including underwriters' discount, appraisals, reserve fund, capitalized interest, bond counsel, special tax consultant, bond and official statement printing, and all other expenses incidental thereto. The Facilities shall be constructed, whether or not acquired in their complete states, pursuant to the plans and specifications approved by the City and the officials thereof, including the City Engineer. 1. Sewer Improvements The construction of sanitary sewer trunk pipeline(s) and all appurtenances for wastewater collection required for complete and workable public improvements. 2. Water System Improvements The construction of water transmission pipelines and all necessary appurtenances for the conveyance of domestic water required for complete and workable public improvements. 3. Public School Improvements The construction of certain public facilities and improvements to be owned by the San Leandro Unified School District. 4. Street and Bridge Improvements The acquisition and construction of the Alvarado Street bridge. SERVICES The Services consist of the maintenance associated with the Alvarado Street bridge.
