IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 91 (2880) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION <br /> OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR TRACT 7183; VACANT PARCEL <br /> LOCATED AT 1696 SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD; <br /> DEVELOPER: WESTCO COMMUNITY BUILDERS, INC. <br /> FINDING <br /> Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br /> Tract 7183, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council <br /> of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its <br /> design and improvement, is consistent with the General Ilan. <br /> Recitals <br /> There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7183, <br /> City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br /> The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7183, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Final <br /> Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; <br /> and that the Subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San <br /> Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute <br /> a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Tract 7183 on behalf of the <br /> City. <br />
