A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute <br /> a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 7174 on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> E. That the Sanitary Sewer Easement (SSE), Storm Drain Easement (SDE), Public <br /> Utility Easement (PUE), Public Access Easement (PAE), and Emergency Vehicle Access <br /> Easement (EVAE), are hereby accepted on behalf of the public, subject to the improvement of <br /> said parcels in conformance with the approved Subdivision Improvement Plans for Tract 7174. <br /> C .
