IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 96 (1219/1002) <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPLY FOR A <br /> TRANSPORTATION FUND FOR CLEAN AIR REGIONAL GRANT FOR A BART TO <br /> WEST SAN LEANDRO SHUTTLE SERVICE IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000 <br /> WHEREAS, The Bay Area Air Quality Management Board has a Transportation Fund <br /> for Clean Air (TFCA); and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the transportation control measures that is eligible for funding is <br /> provision of shuttle service to rail; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to apply for a Transportation <br /> Fund for Clean Air Regional Grant for a BART to West San Leandro Shuttle Service in an <br /> amount not to exceed $200.000. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Galvan and passed and adopted this <br /> 19 day of June 2000, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> Attest: j//1, ,r .J <br /> Gayle Tetehen, City Clerk <br /> (; <br />
